MFN promotes young gospel singers at bayelsa concert

The Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) in Bayelsa State has organised a musical gathering aimed at helping young Christians explore their abilities in gospel music. The programme also encouraged participants to use their musical gifts to serve God and inspire fellow believers.

The event marked the third edition of the mega musical concert organised by the ministry’s Bayelsa State Mega Regional Axis. Christians from the state and neighbouring communities attended the gathering, which featured choir presentations, solo performances and worship sessions.

For aspiring gospel musicians, the programme offered a chance to perform publicly, gain practical experience and develop their confidence. The musical gathering gave aspiring singers a chance to demonstrate their abilities in front of fellow Christians. Participants also gained practical experience performing on stage while sharing messages of faith through their songs..

Addressing the purpose of the initiative, Pastor Emmanuel Akinola said the church wanted to give younger members greater opportunities to contribute to its musical ministry. The Bayelsa overseer linked the vision to the youth-focused commitment of MFM General Overseer Dr Daniel Olukoya and his wife, Dr Elizabeth Olukoya. He acknowledged the influence of the ministry’s General Overseer, Dr Daniel Olukoya, and his wife, Dr Elizabeth Olukoya, in encouraging youth development.

Akinola explained that the church hoped to inspire more young people to identify their abilities and apply them meaningfully in Christian ministry.
