Bishop Oyedepo Graces Bishop Wale Oke’s 70th Birthday Thanksgiving

Bishop David Oyedepo and his wife, Pastor Faith Oyedepo, joined Christian leaders and worshippers at the 70th birthday thanksgiving of Bishop Francis Wale Oke in Ibadan, Oyo State, on Tuesday.

The service took place at Cornerstone City on September 8, 2026, as Wale Oke marked 70 years of life and Christian ministry.

Oyedepo, the founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, joined Wale Oke and his wife, Rev. Mrs Victoria Oke, at the celebration.

A video from the event showed both couples sharing a joyful moment during the thanksgiving.

The celebration was held under the theme, “70 Years of Grace.” It brought together Christian leaders, ministers, family members, friends and worshippers.

Wale Oke, the President of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria and founder of Sword of the Spirit Ministries, has spent decades preaching the Christian faith and serving in church leadership.

Oyedepo’s attendance underscored the longstanding fellowship between prominent Christian leaders in Nigeria.

The thanksgiving offered worshippers an opportunity to celebrate Wale Oke’s life, ministry and years of service.

The event brought Christian leaders and worshippers together to thank God for Wale Oke’s seven decades of grace, favour and preservation.
