No Closed Case With God’: Oyedepo Shares Stunning Testimony Ahead of Shiloh 2025
Bishop David Oyedepo has stirred anticipation for Shiloh 2025 with a testimony he described as the most astonishing he has ever heard in his ministry. The incident, shared during the Pre-Shiloh Anointing Service on Sunday at Faith Tabernacle, underscored what he called God’s limitless power and the reason multitudes should approach this year’s Shiloh with renewed expectation.
Speaking to worshippers during the First Sunday Service, Oyedepo recalled a couple who suffered a miscarriage and underwent medical evacuation. Despite the doctors’ confirmation, the husband held on to the scripture that says, “I shall not cast my young.” His wife joined him in what Oyedepo humorously called “foolishness of faith.”
According to the testimony read at the Covenant Hour of Prayer, the couple later returned for a check-up after Shiloh and discovered the pregnancy was perfectly intact. Their child is now two years old.

Oyedepo described the case as an “assault on medical science,” stressing that it demonstrated God’s ability to reverse any situation. “There is no closed case with God,” he declared, urging worshippers to confront every troubling issue in their lives with the same faith.
He encouraged individuals facing spiritual battles, broken families, failing businesses, or personal stagnation to hold on to this testimony as proof that God can reopen any chapter they consider dead or forgotten. “That’s Shiloh for you,” he said. “The God of Shiloh does not close cases.”
Turning to this year’s prophetic theme, Oyedepo said Shiloh 2025 marks the opening of new chapters for those who are spiritually prepared. He referenced Joshua 18:1–3 as the scripture that birthed the Shiloh mandate, explaining that the annual gathering serves as a platform for the conferment and enhancement of dominion both for the church and for individuals.

He emphasized that dominion operates in levels and that spiritual authority is never static. Using the parable of the talents in Luke 19, he noted that greater faithfulness leads to greater authority. “You may be operating at one level now,” he said, “but your level will be enhanced at Shiloh.”
With Shiloh 2025 beginning today, Oyedepo urged worshippers around the world to approach the event with intense spiritual readiness. He stressed that anyone expecting a new chapter must position themselves for divine encounter. “Jesus has come to open new chapters in everyone’s life,” he said. “You have gone around one circle for too long. It is time for change.”
As the global gathering commences, the Bishop reminded participants that the atmosphere of Shiloh has never lacked God’s presence, and this year will be no different. For many, the testimony he shared has already set the tone an invitation to believe again, hope again, and expect the impossible.
Shiloh 2025 begins today, and according to Oyedepo, it is a prophetic moment no one should miss.
