Hamas Founder’s Daughter Says Jesus Transformed Her Life

Juman Al Qawasmi, the daughter of one of Hamas’ founding members, says her life took an unexpected and life-altering turn after a powerful dream in which she encountered Jesus Christ.

According to her testimony, the encounter came during a season of deep inner struggle. In the dream, she saw an overwhelming light brighter and purer than anything she had ever known and heard a voice full of peace, love, and authority. The voice called her by name and told her not to be afraid, assuring her that she was His daughter.

Juman said the experience pierced her heart in a way she could not explain. She woke up in tears, overwhelmed by a sense of forgiveness, freedom, and hope she had never experienced in her former faith. The dream left her convinced that Jesus was not only real, but that He had personally reached out to her.

In the days and weeks that followed, she began seeking to understand the man who appeared in her dream. As she learned more about Jesus, Juman said she felt drawn to His teachings of love, redemption, and sacrifice. The peace she encountered in that dream continued to grow, leading her to commit her life to Christ despite the risks and consequences of such a decision.

Leaving behind the beliefs she was raised with was not easy. But Juman says the encounter transformed her identity, her worldview, and her understanding of God. She now speaks openly about the grace she found and the life she has embraced since following Jesus.

Her testimony adds to the growing number of stories from the Middle East particularly from Gaza, the West Bank, and Iran where dreams and visions of Jesus are being reported among people who previously had little to no exposure to Christianity. Many describe these experiences as personal, peaceful, and life-changing.

For Juman, the message is simple: one encounter with Jesus was enough to rewrite her story.
