If You Drag Me Online, I Kpai You – Odumeje Issues Stern Warning to Critics
Controversial Nigerian clergyman, Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere, widely known as Odumeje, has issued a fresh warning to social media users who criticise him. The charismatic preacher declared that anyone who attempts to “drag” him online will face what he described as serious spiritual consequences.
Odumeje made the remarks during a recent address to his followers. He spoke boldly about his spiritual authority and insisted that he has remained a sought-after figure for divine intervention since 1996. According to him, people always return to him because they recognise the results of his spiritual work.
He claimed that no other spiritual leader matches his style or the miracles he performs. In his view, critics only attack him because they underestimate his abilities or do not understand the source of his power.

Odumeje explained that he rarely responds to negative comments on social media. Instead, he said he looks through the online profile of anyone who challenges him and “handles the matter spiritually.” He insisted that he does not need to confront anyone publicly because his power speaks for itself.
The clergyman also made controversial claims about storing people’s ailments in a spiritual “warehouse.” He suggested that he can send afflictions back to anyone who provokes him or disrespects his ministry.
His comments have stirred fresh debate among Nigerians, especially on social media, where reactions range from amusement to concern. While some of his followers defend his boldness, others question the nature of his declarations and the fear-based tone of his message.
Odumeje, known for his dramatic style of preaching and flamboyant personality, continues to dominate online conversations. His latest warning is likely to fuel even more discussions about spiritual power, social media criticism, and the influence of modern-day religious figures.
