A panel session followed, featuring Dr. Adekunle Ibrahim Oladejo, Akinyemi Olajumoke Anike, Dr. Ireti Adebowale, and Coach Fowowe S. S. They discussed how teachers can become leaders, handle change, and inspire growth in their schools.
During her address, Olubunmi Mercy Odiaka, the convener, encouraged teachers to put what they learned into action.
“What you do not have, you cannot give,” she said. “And whatever you learn and do not use, you will lose. Use what you’ve learned to lead and make a difference.”
The teachers ended the conference with new confidence and ideas to improve classrooms and shape the future of early childhood education in Nigeria.
